Rebirth Workshop

June 27th - June 29th 2025 | Port Jervis, NY

Join Vida Después for an intimate and restorative weekend as Jasmine hosts an overnight retreat at her home studio in the woods of Upstate, New York. This weekend will guide you through cycles of release, reflection, and renewal - held by nature, sisterhood, and the ancient art of plant dyeing.

Programming:

Friday, Reflect – Arrive and settle into the land with a grounding meditation and heartfelt journaling. We’ll share a nourishing dinner, then gather by the campfire beneath the stars to open the weekend in circle. 3pm - 9pm.

Saturday, Recharge – A slow morning of breakfast and storytelling flows into plant dyeing as a rebirth ritual. We’ll share a picnic lunch, walk the land to gather offerings, and close the day with a powerful evening of communal altar building, nourishing food, and fireside connection. 9am - 9pm.

Sunday, Renew – Harvest herbs and greens from the garden, then gather for a plant talk. We’ll close with a slow breakfast and heartfelt goodbyes—carrying your garment, garden treasures, and the energy of your rebirth back home with you. 9am - 12pm.

Optional: sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy.
